Gordy Cotie- Project Manager
This year, IFS was fortunate to welcome Gordon Cotie to its team. Gordy has brought a wealth of construction experience to IFS to assist us in growing our construction/renovation department. Gordy's experience has been in both commercial and affordable housing areas. He has completed multi-disciplined projects for institutional and commercial customers across the state and North East. At IFS, Gordy is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction on all projects. Management of projects includes directing, organizing, and coordinating all staff, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, soliciting and procurement of all materials and equipment to complete the project.
Before joining IFS, Gordy was employed by Christa Construction Company as a Project Manager. Gordy managed many large projects from ground up to completion. He was responsible for insuring projects were completed effectively and efficiently. Complete Management of the project and ensuring customer satisfaction were key.
